Tara has had the privilege of working with some of the greatest National and International Anusara Yoga® teachers, including John Friend, founder of Anusara Yoga. She has extensive training in the philosophy, history, and anatomy and physiology of yoga. This expansive background allows Tara to work successfully  with an array of students. She graciously embraces those with physical injuries seeking greater range of motion and increased freedom of movement, as well as athletes seeking the opportunity to increase performance ability, during both on and off season training.

Individual Training and Therapeutics

In the sports world, Tara has worked with tennis pros, professional hockey players, runners, cyclists, and professional dancers, just to name a few.  While some therapeutic clients present with specific spinal issues such as scoliosis or herniated discs, others present with past or current issues that range from hamstring tears to rotator cuff injuries.
